Terms of Service

• "Platform" or "Service": the Fahman AI website and app and all their features.
• "We": Fahman AI Platform Management (educational project), the operator of the platform.
• "User" or "Student": anyone who creates an account or uses the platform.
• "AI assistant": the AI-powered explanation and chat features.

• The information you provide when signing up must be accurate and up to date.
• If you are under 18, you must use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• An account is personal to one student and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account, and must tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.

The service is offered to students for a monthly subscription of EGP 499; new accounts may receive a free allowance to try the AI assistant.

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
• The current period is non-refundable once started, except where the law requires otherwise, including under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law.
• We may change prices in the future and will notify you in reasonable time before the change applies; changes never affect the current paid period.

Use of the AI assistant is subject to a usage balance shown on your dashboard, to keep the service fast and fair for every student. You may not:

• Use bots or scripts to send questions or extract content.
• Share your account or try to bypass usage limits.
• Use the AI assistant for non-educational purposes or to produce abusive or unlawful content.

We may temporarily limit excessive or unusual usage to protect the service.

AI produces automated answers that may occasionally contain mistakes. The AI assistant is a study aid, not a replacement for your textbook or teacher — verify important information against official sources.

All content the platform creates or organizes — including explanations, question banks, result cards, design, logo and software — is owned by Fahman AI Platform Management (educational project) or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Official textbooks and study materials belong to their owners and are shown on the platform for educational purposes only.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own studying. Copying, republishing, selling or automatically extracting content without our written permission is prohibited.

Users must:

• Treat others with respect and not send abusive, violent or inappropriate content through the AI assistant or the contact form.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt or probe the platform for vulnerabilities, or access other users' data without permission.
• Not impersonate others or provide misleading information.
• Use the platform to learn honestly, and not to cheat in official exams.

You keep ownership of the questions and messages you send, and grant us a limited license to process them as needed to provide the service and reply to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or misuses the service, notifying you where possible. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@ai-moallem.com.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee particular results or grades, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, after first trying to resolve it amicably by contacting us.

We may amend these terms and will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
